An electronic resource is not working, what do I do?



  • If a link for an eJournal or database isn't working, please contact with details of the resource, what you tried to access and any error messages.
  • It is also helpful to send a screen shot.  
  • We will check the resource and get back to you.  Please include your UCC email address to ensure the Electronic Resources team can respond to you directly.
