Are there drinking fountains in the library?
Answer
There are drinking fountains on all 5 floors of the library where you can fill a water bottle. They are near the lifts and the Group Study Rooms on the east side of the building, facing the O'Rahilly Building.
The library has installed new contactless water fountains, funded by savings made from reducing energy consumption in the library.
UCC Library encourages students to use the drinking fountains as part of the Love Our Library Sustainability campaign to reduce waste.
