Q. I returned a laptop to the locker so why did it stay on my library account?



If you do not reconnect the charger lead when you return a laptop to the locker, or if you put the charger lead in the headphone socket, the laptop stays on your Library Account.

If this happens, please contact the Library Services desk on the ground floor.


TIP: Make sure the red light to the right of the locker comes on when you return a laptop.  If it doesn't, press Return again and connect the laptop properly.
