Can I connect my laptop to a larger screen in the library?

Yes, UCC Library has a Bring Your Own Device scheme. Connect your own device (phone/laptop) to a larger screen for ease of use or collaborative work.
Use the USB-C cable to connect your device.
The monitor will connect automatically.
The keyboard and mouse will work with your device.
Where? When you enter the library, go straight ahead to the back of Q floor where you will find the screens. More are available on Q+1, Q+2 and Q+3, look for the Bring Your Own Device signs. If you want to use one in a quiet zone, there are some at the round tables in the old Reading Rooms on Q+2 and Q+3 on the west side.
TIP: You can use the cable to charge any USB-C compatible device.
