Who is Professor Fluffy?

The Professor Fluffy Primary School Project is run by UCC PLUS+ and aims at introducing the concept of Third Level Education to 5th class pupils and encouraging them to think about coming to university/college when they finish school.
Professor Fluffy herself is "Professor of Engineering" and her character is based on the model designed by the University of Liverpool Primary School outreach programme.
UCC Staff, with the aid of primary school class teachers deliver the five-session programme, which includes a Boole Library tour, campus tour, workshop and mini graduation ceremony, followed by refreshments for all.
