How does a visiting academic/researcher attached to a UCC department, get library access?

See the link below for details for academics or researchers temporarily attached to a UCC department.  Remote access to library electronic resources is with UCC credentials (UCC email and associated password) so the department must arrange this with Staff IT Services.
