I am a student at another college/university, can I use UCC library?

UCC library is a member of the Library Link and SCONUL access schemes and we give access to staff and postgraduate degree students from other participating universities. There is no charge for Library Link/SCONUL external readers.
Staff and Postgraduate Degree Students from participating Irish institutions in Library Link can apply to use the library (no borrowing). Apply to your home institution for a Library Link card and then apply to UCC library for External Reader membership.
Staff and Postgraduate Degree Students from Irish and UK universities in the SCONUL Access Scheme can apply to use the library (and can borrow up to 4 standard loan books). Apply to your home institution for approval (SCONUL link below) then apply to UCC library for External Reader membership.
Undergraduates with a Letter of Introduction from their home institution can make a brief visit.
