Can I extend the return date/renew the library books I have checked out?

Yes, you can renew standard loan books online. Log in to your Library Account and renew books on or before the due date. Books are renewed, subject to recall. This means that we are happy for you to hold on to a book as long as no one else requests it.
IF someone requests a book you have out, you receive a recall notice from the library and the return date may be brought forward.
Please return books on time if requested to do so by library staff, otherwise there may be a fine.
Short loan books or DVDs are short loan items and they cannot be renewed.
