- See when items are due to be returned
- Renew items you have borrowed
- View any outstanding fines
- View your borrowing history
- Reserve or place a hold on an item
Can I take the same book out again?
Answer
If you have a standard loan book checked out and you want to keep it for longer you can renew it (twice for undergraduate and postgraduate students, 3 times for doctoral students and staff).
You can renew items:
- through your Library Account
- by email
- by phone
- using the self-issue machines (you do not need to have the book with you)
- by going to the Library Services Desk (as above)
Short loan books, DVDs, 4-hour loan items and books that have been reserved by another user cannot be renewed.
