Q. I returned a laptop to the locker so why did it stay on my library account?



If you do not reconnect the charger lead, when you return a laptop to the locker, or if you put the charger lead in the headphone socket, the laptop stays on your Library Account.  If this happens, please contact the Library & IT desk on the ground floor.


TIP: Make sure the red light to the right of the locker comes on when you return a laptop.  If it doesn't, press Return again and connect the laptop properly.
