How long do I have to collect a book I have requested?

- You get an email when the book is available. You have 2 days (the day the email is sent and the following working day) to collect the book.
- Hold books are kept at the Collection point in the foyer on Q floor, Boole Library or at the Information Desk in Brookfield.
- If you do not collect the book on time, you receive a Hold Cancelled notice.The book is returned to the shelf or the hold moves on to the next person who has requested the book.
