There is a €60 replacement charge on my library account.

This happens when the book is quite overdue, after several overdue notices have been sent. When you return the book, the Replacement charge is removed. While you have a Replacement charge on your library account, you cannot renew, reserve or borrow books.
If you have lost the book, please speak to staff at the Library Services Desk. The €60 replacement charge is an average cost and staff will then get the real replacement cost for the book. Staff will update your library account and you can pay the replacement cost either in person at the Library Services Desk or by phone, 021 4902292.
