Q. The catalogue says 'Check Shelf' but the book isn't there, what do I do?



If a book is not on the shelf but is available (Check Shelf) according to the Library Catalogue, please go to the Library Information Point on Q+2 or the Library & IT Desk, Q floor, for help.

TIP: Check the Re-shelving area on the floor too - this is where books are taken from the Returns Unit to be sorted and put back on the shelf.
